We advocate for Seniors' employment by raising awareness about their value and combating discrimination in the hiring process. Through targeted Youth advocacy, outreach and campaigns, we aim to create an inclusive job market that recognizes and values Seniors' contributions.
Our Mission
Our mission at The WISE Project is to foster an age-inclusive workforce where Seniors can access valuable training and employment opportunities. We're driven by the belief that empowering Seniors to contribute their wealth of experience and knowledge enriches society, fostering a more vibrant and diverse workforce.
Through collaborative initiatives, educational programs, and advocacy campaigns, we aim to eradicate ageism and create a more equitable job market. By empowering Seniors with the necessary skills, resources, and support, we endeavor to overcome barriers to employment and promote their active participation in the workforce.
Ultimately, our vision is to build a society where every individual, regardless of age, is given the opportunity to thrive and contribute meaningfully.

The WISE Project Ambassador
Raise awareness about the challenges facing Seniors in the workforce and advocate for policies that promote equal opportunity and inclusivity. Become an Ambassador and share our message within your community - school, college, work, on social media, write to your elected representatives, or participate in local advocacy efforts to support Seniors' rights. You will lead initiatives within your community.
The WISE Project Volunteer
Join our team as a dedicated Volunteer and contribute your time and skills to help Seniors with valuable training and employment opportunities. Whether you're interested in assisting with workshops, outreach efforts, or administrative tasks, we welcome your support. We provide Volunteer hours.
